• Experience - Each of our coaches and consultants has more than 20 years of experience working with professionals.  All of our coaches are professionally certified by leading institutions.
  
  
• Integrated Approach - We address your business issues as well as the cultural issues that underlie them.  At the personal level these are called "Professional Issues" and "Personal Issues."  We work with both in an integrated approach.  Why?  Because we believe that, whether it is at the business level or the individual level, your greatest success comes from aligning "who you are" with "what you do".
  
  
• Skills Transfer - Typical consultants identify issues and recommend changes, but they don't help you with project execution.  You're on your own.  Coaches typically support you through execution, but they don't transfer their skills to you, so you're always dependent on them.  We're different.  We work with you to develop your strategy, and then we support you through implementation.  Along the way, we transfer our skills to you, so that you can master them yourself and mentor others.
